When a speaker takes part to “Les Entretiens de Royaumont”,
he, automatically, must be ready to accept fully
all the rules exposed in this charter.

Charter
The EdR give the people taking part the opportunity to exchange ideas, to share information and express thoughts, to meet in mutual respect. They are a place of liberty. Nevertheless, the speakers must not misuse this liberty and must obey a certain number of rules of good behavior. The people taking part to the EdR, speakers as well as members of the public,commit themselves neither to slander or threaten nor to express any insulting, unlawful or discriminating words.Their words will never incite to hatred or violence on racial, ethnic or religious grounds.
They will never be indecent and never violate other people’s rights, such as the right to privacy, image or the right to human dignity.The EdR cannot be considered as responsible for words uttered during the 2 days or on the fringe of the event.
